My Favorite Photos

Although I liked the set of photos I snapped of the staircase at the shiny and spiffy Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex (ISEC) and the shots I took of Shakespeare’s bust in Chinatown (especially because that artifact has such a cool story behind it), I think my favorite set of photos were the ones I took of Boston in the snow, specifically the one photo I took of a woman walking down the street with an umbrella.

I think that photos with people are often the most captivating, and that is why I liked the photo of this woman walking. Having a person as your subject is always compelling because we, as people, are drawn to other people. I also liked the contrast in the photo I took outside the Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Fenway as I liked the balance between a snowy and chilly looking outside and a cozy, warm, and bright looking inside.
